About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Intern to join our finance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in finance to gain practical experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. The Finance Intern will work closely with our finance professionals on various projects and tasks, contributing to financial analysis, reporting, and other finance-related activities. Other duties include:
Assist with financial analysis, including gathering data, analyzing trends, and preparing reports.
Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.
Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Conduct research on financial topics and industry trends.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the finance team.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support cross-functional initiatives.
Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to finance and accounting.
Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the finance department.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with financial regulations and standards.
To be a qualified candidate you must have the following:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
